Returns and warranties

Website orders can be cancelled from the order page before they are marked shipped. Any completed payment is refunded to the original payment method after it is confirmed; the payment provider determines when the credit appears. You can start a return from your order page through 30 days after the items are delivered. The return button opens when the carrier or our staff has verified the actual delivery date. If an order arrives in separate packages, each package has its own delivery date and return deadline. Select the items and quantities you are returning to receive a return number, printable packing instructions, and a return packing slip. Include the return packing slip in the package and use the address printed on it. This slip is not a prepaid postage label. Use trackable shipping and add each package’s tracking number to your return on the website. If you need help with postage or special handling for a damaged item, ask an order question before shipping. We will update the return after receiving and inspecting the items.
