By affirmatively accepting these terms when registering, purchasing, or accepting an updated version, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter the transaction. Orders placed through eBay are also subject to the terms and policies applicable to that eBay transaction. 2. Products and compatibility Read the complete product description, included components, compatibility information, and any warnings before ordering. Repair kits contain the parts identified in the listing; a kit is not a complete replacement board unless expressly stated. Similar model names, board appearance, or symptoms do not establish compatibility. You are responsible for checking the equipment model, board revision, part numbers, electrical ratings, and intended application. Contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain. 3. Repair, installation, and misuse Repairs may involve hazardous voltage, stored energy, heat, moving parts, refrigerants, water, and other hazards. Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions, applicable requirements, and appropriate repair practices. Disconnect and verify isolation of power and stored energy before service. Use a qualified professional when the task exceeds your training, equipment, or ability. Do not defeat protective devices or use products outside their specifications. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect diagnosis, incompatible equipment, incorrect installation, poor workmanship, unauthorized modification, misuse, omitted maintenance, or failure to follow instructions. Purchasing a kit does not establish the cause of a fault or guarantee that the kit will resolve every symptom or repair an otherwise defective board or piece of equipment. 4. To the extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims responsibility for loss attributable to these limitations, improper setup, or reliance on an unavailable or inaccurate reading or notification. Separate monitoring-service terms presented for a related platform may also apply. 5. Information and assistance Repair instructions, product information, and support are provided for the stated application based on the information available. Remote assistance cannot verify the condition of your equipment or workmanship. No general statement creates a guarantee beyond an express written product warranty or a right required by applicable law. 6. Pricing, promotions, availability, and payment Regular website prices are synchronized from our eBay listings. Website promotions, coupon codes, and group or quantity discounts may affect the direct website purchase price according to their stated terms. TO THE SAME EXTENT, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR AN ELIGIBLE CLAIM CONCERNING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE COMPANY FOR THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT REDUCE AN EXPRESS REFUND OBLIGATION OR ANY LIABILITY OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED. IN PARTICULAR, THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO LOUISIANA CIVIL CODE ARTICLE 2004 AND OTHER APPLICABLE NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS. IF A LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED FOR YOUR CLAIM OR JURISDICTION, IT DOES NOT APPLY TO THAT EXTENT. 9. Accounts and security Provide accurate account information and verify your email address. Protect your password, authenticator, and recovery codes. Two-factor authentication is optional unless a particular administrative role requires it. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, interference with the service, or material violations, subject to obligations concerning existing transactions and applicable law. 10.
